Outlook 2010 getting hang or working very slow while send and receiving the Emails

Steps to resolve this as follows :

Symptoms :

1. Outlook Getting hang - app hang error
2. Working very slow while performing the send & receive the emails

Cause :   Telephony Service getting trouble to perform outlook normal

Solution : 

• Go To The Run > Type Services.msc and Hit ENTER to open services.
• Select Telephony service and right click to open proprieties
• select Log On tab > and change the Log on as: Local System account and Apply OK

 

•  Right Click on Telephony Service and Click to STOP ( You can STOP either Disabled the Service )
