Forbidden: You don’t have permission to access/phpmyadmin on this server

After installation of WAMP Server, creating an issue for phpmyadmin in windows :

Error look same like as follows : while opening the phpmyadmin

Forbidden :

you don't have permission to access/phpmyadmin on this server

Cause:

WAMP's phpmyadmin is configured by default to allow root with no password.

The actual problem is that WAMP is binding to an IPv6 address according your version of Windows.

Solution:

1)  First Stop/disable the IIS Admin & WWW Services. (if already installed or change WAMP port, Because IIS and Wamp using same 80 port )

2)  Open "phpmyadmin.conf" located at "C:\wamp\alias\phpmyadmin.conf" and find Directory "C:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin3.4.5/" and type Allow From ::1 below the in same.

3)  Remove or replace the Entry Deny From All to Allow From All in phpmyadmin.conf file.
