Oracle client error TNS-12541: TNS:no listener Error

Oracle client throwing an error as below while connecting a database.

E.g. - Error 1

An error was encountered performing the requested operation: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection ( Vendor code 20 )

E.g. - Error 2

User Not able to start "OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener" Service

Service path (D:\app\DHIRAJG\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN\TNSLSNR)

E.g. - Error 3

ORA-12541: TNS:no listener

Cause :

Unable to start "OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener" Service.

Changes made in "sqlnet.ora" file

Solution :

Revert the changes in the "sqlnet.ora" file  ( Check Default file as follows )

  

Edit the "sqlnet.ora" file located in default path as below and revert the all changes made in the same according to above snap.

Default Path : "D:\app\dhirajg\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\network\admin\sqlnet.ora"
