• In Windows 7 or windows 8 If you are using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate then you must to Disable Intellitrace using below steps. 
• Open Visual Studio > Tools > Options > Intellitrace (Unchecked the option)
• In Windows XP, you must to install Windows Automation API 3.0  for Visual Studio 2010, then it runs faster...
• Download and Install : Windows Automation API 3.0 For Windows XP Only
